We might not have played each other regularly over the years but you had to go back more than 40-years since Queen of the South last beat Hearts, for a brief moment this was on but a late goal completed our comeback to see us win again….

Queen of the South shocked us to take a lead, this lead wasn’t held for long with a win five-minutes before fulltime secured as we won two-one at Palmerston Park.

The lead for Queen of the South came when Kidd’s cross was finished off by Carmichael (24) but it took us less than 10-minutes to draw level when King (32) finished into the corner having been set up by Paterson to see the sides go into the break level

A game that could have gone either way looked to be heading for a draw until Eckersley’s cross to cross to Zeefuik (85) saw him finish with a deflected effort to maintain our 20-point gap at the top.

Following this game, as is customary of course, attention now turns to the MotM for us – who you think this was?

Select the name that you want from the list in the poll to your right, but why not also share your thoughts with us on your thinking for that person, and this latest game itself, with some views….
