The Hearts run in the Scottish Cup is continuing for at least one more round after the fourth round win against Aberdeen at Tynecastle on Saturday.

A goal after just three-minutes, a first in three-and-a-half-years in the Scottish Cup, was enough to give Hearts a one-nil win over Aberdeen and put them into the next round keeping alive the hopes of cup success.

Callum Paterson was left with a simple header with that proving to be the winner.

These were the other results.

Some interesting results, with some upsets, but on the whole those expected to go through did go through! Well, I would say anyway.

Certainly no major upsets with some comfortable wins, especially for the ‘favoured’ teams.

Following the win we know our name will be in that pot for the draw for the next round.
