Hearts’ Director of Football has already been put in place and has been secretly working at the club claims chairman Roman Romanov.
When asked at a Hearts shareholders meeting if Craig Brown would be approached for the role, Romanov said that the job had already been filled and an announcement will be made soon concering the position.
Romanov said ‘We already have a director of football well known in the UK working incognito and hopefully we’ll announce him soon.’
Meanwhile Roman’s father, the majority shareholder at Hearts has increased his stake in the club and has also interested in buying a stake in Bosnian club Celik of Zenica.
Romanov Senior already has stakes in MTZ-Ripo Minsk, a Belarus club.
