Hearts’ Scottish Premiership season continued with a two-two draw with Kilmarnock at Rugby Park on Saturday.

With a goalless first half looking likely Conrad Balatoni grabbed a goal that looked to have seen Kilmarnock go into the interval a goal up but instantly Hearts equalised with Gavin Reilly ensuring the Jambos were level at half time.

Early in the second half Callum Paterson volleyed Hearts into the lead, which was held going into the final 10-minutes before Josh Magennis meant the points were shared when he equalised for Killie.

Celtic go the bid to retain the Premiership was given a boost with a narrow one-nil win over Partick, who has held Aberdeen in the previous game (who saw their trip to St Johnstone postponed).

Dundee had the bragging rights from the derby with a two-one win over rivals Dundee United, who continue to struggle with a six-goal thriller at Motherwell seeing Well share the points with Hamilton in a three-three draw.
