Moment Of Madness Cost Hearts!

Hearts’ Scottish Premiership season continued with a late one-nil against Aberdeen at Pittodrie on Saturday.

A ‘moment of madness’ from Jordan McGhee, when he inexplicably handled a cross into this box late on (under no pressure), saw Aberdeen awarded a penalty.

That gift, basically, was accepted as Adam Rooney converted from the spot to end the four-match unbeaten run Hearts had been on and see the Dons, as they had in September, beat the Jambos.

These were the other results.

Saturday 12th December 2015
Aberdeen 1-0 Hearts
Dundee Utd 0-1 Partick Thistle
Hamilton 1-3 Ross County
Inverness CT 2-1 Kilmarnock
Motherwell 3-1 Dundee

Sunday 13th December 2015
St Johnstone 0-3 Celtic

Looking at these results we see good wins for Ross County, Inverness and Motherwell against Hamilton, Kilmarnock and Dundee but (as expected) Celtic saw off St Johnstone relatively comfortably.

Who was the Jambos MotM in this game? That’s what the latest poll is asking so do cast a vote.
