It’s taken a while, several weeks in fact, but Juwon Oshaniwa is all set to finally complete his move to Hearts – this was always going to take some time with various issues to work through, we had been informed it would take time, but taking this long perhaps not so?
Either way it’s almost ‘a done deal’ for the Jambos now!
Oshaniwa has been issued with a UK visa so he’ll be heading into Edinburgh, if he hasn’t already, to finalise his move to Hearts. He told the Edinburgh News.
‘I already picked the passport up from the embassy and visa is issued.’
An interest in the 24-year-old was first shown well over a month ago, however as we know any deal takes time but this was a deal we agreed with the full back a couple of weeks back although until he had his visa issued he couldn’t travel to Scotland.
The Nigerian international has been in his countries capital, Abuja, for two-weeks but now he’ll be finalising his arrival at Tynecastle to officially become Robbie Neilson’s latest signing now it would seem.
