Hearts’ Scottish Premiership season continued with a win against Partick at Tynecastle on Saturday.

A one-nil win was secured by Hearts, in one of the few Premiership games played, with this win seeing Hearts move to within six-points of Aberdeen in second place.

Not bad for a side playing under Robbie Neilson, who recently signed a new deal but sees Hearts with ‘no style no bottle’ so it should be ‘Neilson out’ as a banner flown over Tynecastle by a plane proclaimed at kick-off….

Arnaud Djoum’s first half goal, with what was his first goal of the season when he headed in a Don Cowie corner, proved enough to win it one-nil for us, with it completing hat-trick of wins at home in a week.

Unsurprisingly that banner was met by ‘there’s only one Robbie Neilson’ from those in the ground, and rightly so!

Neil Alexander didn’t have much to do, but dealt with what he had to with Igor Rossi, Juanma and Sam Nicholson all going close to adding to our lead.

These were the other results.
