Beslija Checks Back In

It was previously thought that the deal, originally said to be in the region of £850,000, was as good as dead. However a frantic day of negotiations between Racing Genk, Hearts and the player’s agent appears to have ended with a deal being struck and the player should be a Hearts player by Monday.

Despite this signing bringing the number of wingers in the first team squad up to approximately 342(!), for the money Hearts have paid we would be entitled to expect big things from Beslija. Here’s hoping……

Hearts are also still trying to tie up deals for Bruno Aguiar and Jose Goncalves as the transfer deadline moves ever closer.
