Hearts Put Frail On Gardening Leave?!

So….first day of training ahead of the new season, Stevie Frail comes in to take the players in his continued role as Caretaker Manager……..and then gets told to stay away from the training
ground until further notice.

It’s fair enough if the club want to remove Frail and bring in a manager to replace him, but their methods once again would appear to be all wrong to put it mildly. Who exactly takes the players in the interim
period then? Presumably one of the backroom staff that can’t even speak in a language that most of the players can understand again? They really haven’t learned a thing have they?

For Frail’s sake surely now is the time to tell Hearts to stick their job. How much more public humiliation can one man take for goodness sake? The longer he sticks around the less respect that any prospective employer is surely going to have for him – this has become more than just blind loyalty to his club – it’s more like desperation to hold onto a job that he’s not confident he can do any better than, and doing this publicly is really not going to help his career at all.

As for Hearts and the managerial situation……..what a mess……..

We seem to stumble from once farce to the next. I for one am dreading the new season. We’re already the laughing stock of the footballing world so things cant get much worse in that respect. But I dont fancy the 1st Division one little bit. Vlad, does us all a favour. Sell up and end this circus. Even if we have to start from scratch, I would prefer that to the continuation of this disrespectful nonsense.

I’m starting to think along similar lines.

Leaving aside cultural differences etc, how can anyone (i.e. Romanov I suppose) think that this is an acceptable way for a respectable business to conduct its affairs?!? The whole saga is a sorry joke!

Underlined by the fact that even Charlie Mann has had enough!

I personally think that although we wont win any trophies on the field, with the sheer number of gardening breaks our managers and players have had we should be up for something at the Chelsea flower show… My brain hurts and I want to wake up.

Meant to mention how nice it was that even Sky Sports reckon we are newsworthy and have stated that the “Tynecastle Fiasco is rumbling on”, much akin to that of Setanta. Vlad further ruins our name and scares away potential reputable managers. Keep raising the bar Vlad!

Apparently William Hill had our “manager” as favourite to be the first to be sacked in ths SPL – but even they couldn’t have imagined that he’d be sacked on the FIRST DAY of pre-season !!! Some kind of record there – well done Vlad, you sure know how to make the headlines…it vindicates your decision to dispense with Charlie Mann. Some optimists are claiming the decision to send Frail home is to make way for a new manager coming in next week – any takers for that one ? Hmmm… me neither, based on the evidence of the last few weeks. Unless its Ziggy or Malofeev of course – in which case, God help us.

With Weiss out of it officially now I reckon zig a zig ah has it.
