Hearts are in Scottish League Cup action against Celtic at Tynecastle on Wednesday with this a 7:45pm kick-off.

A place in the Semi Finals of the League Cup is up for grabs but Hearts know, at least Robbie Neilson does, the Jambos come into this as ‘underdogs’ with Celtic the strong favourites to move a step closer to retaining the trophy the Bhoys won last season.

Neilson could have Juwon Oshaniwa (hamstring) involved after his return to training, with the injury forcing him to miss the league win over Ross County on Saturday.

Gavin Reilly (suspension) can return with captain Blazej Augustyn available, despite his sending off in that win, as his suspension doesn’t apply to cup games but the Head Coach is again without Alim Ozturk and Soufian El Hassnaoui.

Celtic could make changes but will definitely be without Charlie Mulgrew and James Forrest again.

Hearts don’t have too much joy against Celtic, home or away, but secured a good nil-nil draw in the Premiership at Celtic Park earlier in the season but were beaten four-nil and three-nil, at Tynecastle and Celtic Park respectively, in the domestic cups last season!

The Jambos will hope for a positive result, to progress into the Semi Finals League Cup but will this happen?

Whatever the line up expectancy will be high of at least one more tie, and ahead of the game we’re looking for your views on what way you think it will go, which obviously requires you to vote in the latest poll one of two ways….
