Hearts’ Scottish Premiership season continued with a draw against St Johnstone at Tynecastle on Sunday.

A remarkable opening 20-minutes saw the goals flying in.

No less than four were scored between Hearts and St Johnstone as the curtain came down on the season with a two-two draw.

St Johnstone were one-up when Liam Craig scored from the penalty spot with nine-minutes played after John Souttar and Graham Cummins clashed.

This lead doubled when Cummins himself headed in the second three-minutes later.

Hearts pulled one back on 17-minute when Arnaud Djoum looped a header in with the Jambos back on terms on minutes later when Joe Shaughnessy headed past his own ‘keeper Alan Mannus.

Abiola Dauda sending off just before the hour meant Hearts finished with 10-men with Alim Ozturk and Danny Swanson both having chances to win it for us whereas Tam Scobbie was denied by a fine save from Jambos ‘keeper Jack Hamilton with us finishing nine-points ahead of the fourth placed side.
