It seems that Hearts are overdue with their payment of ticket money to Dunfermline after the recent Scottish Cup tie at East End Park.

The sum of money, which is said to be around £50,000, would normally have been paid by now

s the match took place back on February 3. Dunfermline are therefore quite rightly wondering what has happened to their cash!

Their chairman John Yorkston, a man who similarly to Vladimir Romanov, likes to get publicity, said this of the situation:

‘We have spoken to the Scottish FA about it.

‘They are a couple of weeks behind in paying it, which is not normal in Scottish football.

‘We have been told that they are waiting for money to come from Lithuania.

‘But how long do we wait?’

Steady, John. If your words get any stronger you might be next on Vlad’s hitlist….!
